Which site is selling your group’s tickets?

어느 사이트에서 파는지 먼저 확인하세요

Start here if you know your group and nothing else. Pick the route that matches your show and you land on the guides that apply to it — and only those.

Read this first

We do not list groups, and that is on purpose. The platform selling a tour is chosen by the promoter per tour — the same group can sell one tour through one site and the next through another, and a single tour can use different platforms in different countries. Any list of groups and their ticket sites would be wrong somewhere the day it was written.

So the authority for your show is its own official announcement. Find that, see which platform it names, and come back to the matching route below.

위버스

Weverse

3 guides

HYBE's own platform, and the one place where the fan club and the presale are the same account.

This is you if

  • — Your group's official fan club lives on Weverse
  • — The announcement mentions a Weverse membership or a membership-only round
  • — You already pay for a membership and are not sure it is still active
  1. 01Membership renewal — Weverse membership renewal from overseas
  2. 02Presale access — Fan club presale: how to qualify before it closes
  3. 03Weverse Shop — Ordering from Weverse Shop outside Korea

Structural, not a prediction: Weverse is HYBE's platform, so HYBE artists' communities are there. Where the tickets themselves are sold is still set per tour.

놀 월드

NOL World

7 guides

The overseas-facing ticketing site, and the most likely route if you are buying from outside Korea.

This is you if

  • — The announcement names NOL World, or an older guide sent you to interpark Global
  • — The booking page is in English and asks for a passport
  • — The show is marked Verified Member Only
  1. 01NOL World — NOL World tickets: the site that was Interpark Global
  2. 02Verified Member — NOL World Verified Member: passing the eKYC check from overseas
  3. 03The queue — The NOL World queue, and what resets your place in it
  4. 04Face registration — NOL facepass: who holds your face, and what it is for
  5. 05Mobile ticket — Your NOL World mobile ticket: the QR, the PIN, and getting through the gate
  6. 06Cancel and refund — Cancelling a NOL World ticket: the deadline, the fee, and the money you still lose
  7. 07Play&Stay — NOL World Play&Stay: one product, and almost nothing about it is changeable

Renamed from interpark Global on 1 December 2025. Most English guides still use the old name.

놀 티켓

NOL Ticket

1 guide

The Korean-language site. Usually not your route, and it is worth knowing why before you spend an evening on it.

This is you if

  • — The page is only in Korean and asks for a Korean mobile number
  • — Verification offers 휴대폰 본인인증 or I-PIN and nothing else
  • — You hold a Korean passport, or you are an overseas Korean national
  1. 01Start here — How to buy K-pop concert tickets from outside Korea

Separate accounts from NOL World — registering on one does not give you the other. NOL World directs Korean passport holders here, and publishes a document route for overseas Korean nationals without a Korean number.

예스24

YES24 Global

1 guide

Used for a range of Korean tours, with its own English flow and its own account.

This is you if

  • — The announcement links to ticket.yes24.com
  • — You were sent to an English booking page that is not NOL World
  1. 01YES24 Global — YES24 Global ticketing: the rules that are not on the English page
멜론티켓

Melon Ticket

no guide yet

Appears in Korean tour announcements, including its global site.

This is you if

  • — The announcement names Melon Ticket or 멜론티켓
  • — You were sent to tkglobal.melon.com

We have no guide for this one. Its global site refuses automated requests, so we have not been able to read its rules against a source — and we are not going to describe a payment and identity flow we could not check. Use the official announcement for your show as the authority.

티켓링크

TicketLink

no guide yet

Another Korean vendor that appears in tour announcements, with a separate global site.

This is you if

  • — The announcement names TicketLink or 티켓링크

No guide yet, for the same reason: we have not had a readable source to write one from. The announcement for your show governs.

앨범

Buying an album, not a ticket

3 guides

A different process end to end — different sites, different payment problems, and customs.

This is you if

  • — You want the purchase to count towards a chart
  • — You are ordering merch or an album rather than booking a seat
  • — Your order arrived with a customs bill, or your checkout total went up
  1. 01Albums & goods — How to buy K-pop albums from overseas so they count
  2. 02Weverse Shop — Ordering from Weverse Shop outside Korea
  3. 03Customs and duty — Customs on a K-pop album order: what changed when duty-free went away

5 of these 7 routes have guides. The ones that do not say so above rather than sending you through pages that do not apply — we have not had a readable source to write them from, and the announcement for your show is the authority in the meantime.
